Bryan gets our highest rating. We've moved several times and he ranks at the top for good performance. He returned calls and emails promptly, resolved a few snags that came up, and always had a "What else can I do for you?" manner. We were moving from a distance and Bryan found ways to get things done without us having to be present for every step. I asked where we got the bottle and she told me, "Bryan brought it by a few days ago." C'mon, who does that out of the blue. We weren't even in the middle of a sale or anything, he just did it of his own accord. That type of customer service almost doesn't exist anymore. Look no further for your real estate needs.

Bryan has helped us a couple of different times when our bank was trying to foreclose on our home. He has amazed us by his attentiveness and being personally and completely invested in helping us with our situation. He helped with all the paperwork and even contacted our bank on our behalf. We couldn't believe how much work he did to help us save our home. And save our home is exactly what he did. I was skeptical at first because I thought "What is he going to get out of this"? He and Debbie are Amazing, honest, friendly and kind people. We dealt mostly with Bryan and I have to say he ALWAYS texted or called us back promptly with great information. Always caring what was at stake for our family, losing our home. He didn't get anything in return from us, but you can bet he WILL get my future business when I sell my house. Highly recommend Debbie and Brian! They never made us feel as though we had to buy a house now, finding the perfect house for us was their priority. Even when other agents were trying to sell and buy their own listing on the house we thought was our dream house, they backed off and told us "if we really want this house, we should go with that agent". I felt as though I mattered after that comment. The house I ended up buying is a house that was found while they were out on a cruse for a well deserved vacation and they still made it possible for us to see the house before it was purchased. I am not the only one grateful for the hard work they provided me, I was actually recommended to Brian and Debbie from a work buddy after telling me how much they helped him out.

Bryan help me with a short sale and was a great communicator. I had been dissapointed by previous realtors for lack of communication and effort that was in my best interest. Not with Bryan, he kept me informed along the way and found buyers for our home. short sales can be stressful, but Bryan elimnated that for us. For any future real estate needs im going back to him. Finding a real estate agent that truly works for you is hard to find, Bryan is one of them.
Bryan Quan sold two properties for me in the last year. One was a real project and he helped me map out a plan to get it ready to sell. He was able to recommend very good people to do work and repairs that were needed. I really had peace of mind through the whole process, knowing that everything was going to get done as it should. He was easy to communicate with and was prompt in answering texts and phone calls. Both properties sold relatively quickly and I believe it was due in part to the excellent advice he gave on for showing the properties.

Debbie was amazing. She is truly the most terrific and caring Real Estate Agent I have ever had the privilege of working with. She helped my husband and I find a perfect house for us, went to endless showings, helped us through all of the paperwork and was always just a call, text, or email away. This woman really goes above and beyond her job to make it a personal, caring experience and even maintains contact today. I can't say enough good things about her. As first time home buyers, it is always nerve wracking to jump into such a big commitment and with a lot of other realtors, there was such a sense of being taken advantage of. With Debbie, she explained anything we needed and went at our pace while really taking the time out to give great service.
